Matthew Brent Morgan, age 33, of Ronceverte, West Virginia, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2019.

Born October 26, 1985 at Ronceverte, he was a son of Dallas Gray Morgan and Molly Katherine Morgan.

Matthew enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved his children and family.

He was a carpenter with Morgan Brothers Incorporated.

He is survived by his parents, Gray and Molly Morgan; his wife, Jesse Sweet Morgan; a son, Noah; daughters, Audrey, Alli and Emma; a brother, Justin Morgan; sisters, Mamie Morgan and Cherie Hubbard; his grandmother, Polly Brammer and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 19, 2019 at the Fort Springs Missionary Baptist Church with Pastors Joey Morgan and Wesley Comer officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel Church Cemetery at Organ Cave.

Family and friends will be received from 1:00 p.m. until time of the service at the church on Monday.

Pallbearers will be Spencer Arnold, Jason Allen, Sidney Morgan, Jake Wade, Derrick McNeeley and Eddie Morgan.
