John Dee (Bear) Cayton, 56, of White Sulphur Springs, WV, passed away Friday, August 16, 2019 at LewisGale Alleghany.

Born June 16, 1963, in Ronceverte, WV, he was the son of the late Aubrey Mason and Stella Mae Hensley Clayton.

Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by three sisters, and five brothers.

Survivors include the love of his life, Anny Vaughn Cayton; children, John Dee Cayton II (Ericia), Courtney Clendenin (Cody), and Dylan Cayton, all of White Sulphur Springs, WV; sister, Betty Simms; grandchildren, Calen Clendenin, Corbin Clendenin, John Dee Cayton III, and Savanah Cayton; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Private family services will be at a later date.

The Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
