Robert Henry (Bobby) Swink, 81, of Lexington, Virginia died Saturday, November 2, 2019 at his home.

Born September 26, 1938 in Rockbridge County, he was a son of the late Robert Glasgow Swink and Marie Ayres Swink.

He was a member of Oxford Presbyterian Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Surviving are two sisters, Shirley Montgomery of Lexington; his caregiver for the last three and half years, and Kathy Landes and husband, Glenn of Burlington, N.C.; three nieces, Emily Conroy, Beverly Nedrow (Bruce) and Jessica Johnson (Hunt) and one nephew, Kyle Landes; two great-nieces, Zoey Fahner and Violet Johnson, and one great nephew, Michael Zakaib. Special thanks to his good friend, Francis "Butch" Irvine.

Private services will be held at a later date.
