Dreama Vance Clifford, age 97, of 800 W. Ridgeway Street, Scott Hill Apartments # 403, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Thursday, November 28, 2019 at The Brian Center in Low Moor.

She was born February 13, 1922 in Clifton Forge, Virginia to the late Ira Thomas Vance and Nannie Putnam Vance.

She was a secretary for Maryland Ship Building.

In addition to his parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ira Thomas Vance, Jr.; two granddaughters, Amber Ramsey and Dreama Johnson; and two grandsons, David Johnson and C. W. Johnson.

She is survived by a daughter, Sandra Johnson and husband, Richard of Fort Myers, FL; a son, Ira Mike Clifford (Donna) of Covington; a granddaughter, Shannon Clifford Gillespie Halcomb (Michael); great grandchildren, Linsey (Josh), Emily, Cody, Bailey, Caydance, Finley and Keegan (Morgan); and three great great grandchildren, Parlay, Avery, and Hailey.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, with Reverend Lynn Wright officiating. Interment will follow in Alleghany Memorial Park, Low Moor. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Nicely Funeral Home.
